WP Virtual Collaboration Series: Member Support

About the Event
Wisconsin Partners is a coalition of statewide associations that was born out of a period of conflict and transition almost ten years ago. We recognized the need to bring partners together across a wide range of sectors, to build relationships before we needed them, and to go beyond quick fixes towards bold, effective change.
Traditionally, we have convened Executive Directors of these associations - but we recognize the need to go deeper across associations, creating opportunities to connect more thoroughly across sectors. This June, we are hosting three virtual gatherings, with the aim of:
- Providing a brief introduction to the work and model of Wisconsin Partners
- Creating space for staff in similar positions to build relationships directly with one another
- Facilitating brainstorming around opportunities for ongoing collaboration
This gathering (June 10, 9:00 - 10:30 am) is designed for association staff working directly with their members - for example, Director of Membership Services, Program Manager, Member Coordinator, or several staff who are working with members on various projects. There will be opportunities to share your association's approaches to member support, connect around common challenges, and share successful strategies. We have already been working to connect members of WP associations in regional groups, and we're excited to figure out additional ways to collaborate across sectors in our state.
