Rachel joined Wisconsin Partners in October 2017, shortly after we incorporated as a 501(c)(6) organization. Highlights of her background include:

• Building and supporting multi-sector response teams in rural communities

• Facilitating & participating in multi-partisan depolarizing dialogues on Iowa caucuses, faith & religion, gun access/gun control, abortion, military & identity

• Strategic visioning, communications, and events coordination for nonprofit organizations

• Youth leadership development​

• Volunteer coordination and member engagement

Rachel currently lives in an old house in Janesville, goes camping and kayaking on the weekends, volunteers at a domestic violence shelter, supports housing co-ops, and believes that innovation comes through a space of tension, as long as we're committed to doing work that's effective - even when it's not efficient.
