Kickapoo Conversations, Southwest Partners, and Stronger Together Fox Valley use a combination of the broad-based relational model and asset-based community development as models for community change.

They start with a strong foundation of one-on-one and group relationships, bringing people together across sectors, perspectives, and communities. They build leaders, identify local assets, and take meaningful action.

 

These groups are autonomous and have addressed child care, economic development, racial equity, flood recovery, housing, and more.

They have direct relationships with our member associations and can collaborate with them easily because of the connections that already exist.
